ABOUT
Pasquale Scognamiglio (Naples, 1978) is a painter, draughtsman and engraver trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples. His research moves across painting, printmaking and visual experimentation: mixed media, watercolour, glazes and layering on paper and antique materials.
His compositions intertwine myth, spirituality, memory and Neapolitan identity, suspended between the sacred and the profane. Sign, matter and transparency become tools of evocation: the sea, the angels, the faces of a city that is both ancient and alive.
